Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how KELZIX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED delivers what you buy. KELZIX does not sell products by courier. RegBook is software only and is delivered online. KELZIX Cold Monitor hardware is delivered and installed by our own team.

1. RegBook (online software)

  • RegBook is software only, with no hardware. It is delivered online and nothing is shipped.
  • Your plan is activated immediately after a successful payment.
  • The GST invoice is available in RegBook under Billing straight away, and is also sent to the account owner's email.
  • If your plan is not active within 1 hour of payment, write to [email protected] with the payment date and amount, and we will activate it or refund you.

2. KELZIX Cold Monitor (cold chain monitoring hardware)

  • Sensors, hub gateways and related equipment are delivered and installed at your premises by the KELZIX team. We do not send hardware by courier for self-installation.
  • We currently deliver within India. The installation date is agreed with you when your pilot is confirmed and the service agreement is signed.
  • Delivery and standard installation are included in your quotation; there is no separate shipping charge.
  • The hardware remains the property of KELZIX. We are responsible for it until it is installed and handed over at your premises. Anything damaged before handover is replaced by us at no cost to you.
  • If an installation date has to change, we tell you in advance and agree a new date with you. If we cannot install at all, see our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
