What about hardware damage at my location?
Normal wear and tear is covered. However, damages due to mishandling, environmental factors at your location, or unauthorized modifications are addressed as per our Terms and Conditions.
Are there additional service charges?
Standard service is included in your subscription. Special situations such as emergency on-site visits, hardware replacement due to damage, or custom requirements may incur additional charges based on the situation.
