Server timestamps
Every entry is stamped when the server receives it. The phone clock is recorded but never trusted.
Append-only
No edit, no delete. A correction is a new entry that points to the old one, so the history stays whole.
Hash chain per logbook
Each entry carries the fingerprint of the one before it. Anything inserted, altered or removed breaks the chain.
Honest gaps
Missed readings stay visible. Late and offline entries are marked as such.
Excursion workflow
An out-of-range value cannot be saved without a corrective action: who did what.
Inspector PDF with QR
Every report carries a QR code that opens a verification page that checks the report against the live record.
Works offline
Entries queue on the phone and sync when the network returns, marked as offline entries.
Reminders
Push reminders for each scheduled reading, so the morning and evening logs are not forgotten.
